YourResponsibility

• Ensuring and steering of serialproduction in Heat Treatment
• Organization and coordination ofproduction, processing and analysis
• Continuous process optimization andquality improvement according to ISO, VDA, VW TQS etc.
• Budget control and disciplinaryleadership as well as continuous development and motivation of the team
• Responsible for implementation andoptimization of environmental, health and safety regulations
  YourRequirements
  
  

• Master degree in Engineering (material science, materialengineering, etc.)
• 8+ years relevant work experience
• Familiar with heat treatment processes and internationalstandards
• 3+ years management and leadershipexperience, strong leadership personality Resilience, assertiveness and strongsocial skills
• Engagement, initiative and team player mentality
• Excellent German or English, Chinese skills are a plus

专业要求并不高，而是外语口语要求高，及年龄要求（虽然未明写）。不知是一级经理？二级经理？三级经理？估计二级经理的可能性很大。
大众公司，成熟技术，转移到中国生产而已，只是制造基地，生产基地。又不是研究院搞研发，对技术要求并不高。而且是德国人说了算。但找一个专业对口的，沟通起来，培养起来（熟悉大众公司标准及要求），讨论质量问题，布置措施去执行，就双方都愉愉快快！
鉴于大众的水平，有条件挑剔，当然会比较挑剔。说实话一个专业对口的，外语能学好，说明他的智商是没有问题的。以这种智商的人再有8年工作经历，不会差到哪里去。甚至一个好学的人，有机会练好外语，接触过热处理那么多年，足以胜任。当然能不能接受大众文化，适应大众做事作风，那就是另外一回事。估计大众企业文化不会差到那里去，不然大众不可能发展得那么好。

给抱怨待遇低的鼓鼓劲，学好洋文和专业知识同等重要，热处理专业也是可以挣到高工资的。我就是纯粹搞热处理/金相检验/失效分析的工程师，目前年薪也挺高，最起码自己满意，工作开心就好。
