工资职责：
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / DELEGATION FIELDS:
• 负责建立真空加热炉的工作流程；Be responsible for setting up the working process of heating and vacuum furnaces。
• 负责支持真空加热炉的安装及调试; Be responsible for supporting the installation and commission of heating and vacuum furnaces.
• 负责给予内训师足够的技术上的支持及负责安排新员工的实践操作培训；; Be responsible for giving enough supporting for the internal trainer and be responsible for arranging the practice training for the new operators.
• 负责建立真空加热炉的设备点检制度、设备点检表及维护保养计划；Be responsible for setting up the daily inspection regulation and maintenance plan for the heating and vacuum furnaces.
• 领导相关员工建立持续改进小组，积极优化热处理过程参数，不断提高炉子的能源利用率；Lead the related operators to set up the CIT to improve the efficiency of the furnaces and continuously optimize the heating parameters.
• 负责与回转炉、热处理加热炉供应商沟通与联系; Be responsible for communication with the supplier.
• 负责处理公司炉子生产过程中出现的问题，必要时寻求维护部的支持; Be responsible for solving the problems which happen during the process, and looking for the support from the maintenance if necessary.
• 负责建立真空加热炉的备件计划，确保生产过程不会因为确件而停机；Be responsible for setting up the storage plan of the spare parts of heating and vacuum furnaces, make sure no stop due to lack of any spare parts of heating and vacuum furnace.
• 负责建立真空加热炉的安全管理体系，坚决落实公司的安全管理制度；Be responsible for setting up the safety system of heating and vacuum furnaces, conduct the safety polices of the company.
• 负责处理热处理工艺的编制以及热处理过程的优化; Be responsible for the design of heat treatment process and optimization of it continuously;
• 负责处理热处理后质量问题，例如：硬度超出规定范围，变形过大等; Be reponsibe for the Heat treatment quality such as hardness out of spec and over-distortion,etc
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 years or above working experience in dealing with the heating furnaces
Experience in industry with a high level of quality standard would be preferred |
